Is it dangerous to keep resetting my RCD?

Your RCD trips because it has detected electricity flowing somewhere it should not — usually to earth. This is a safety mechanism. When you keep resetting it without finding the cause, you are repeatedly exposing yourself, your family, and your home to that fault. In the worst case, the fault could cause a fire or electric shock. The right approach: unplug all appliances on the affected circuit, reset the RCD, and see if it holds. If it trips with nothing plugged in, there is a wiring fault. Either way, call a qualified electrician.
